There are currently townhomes in two Peninsula neighborhoods: the Conservancy and Marina Bay. These are homes that share a wall with the home next door (in the case of an end unit) or with two homes (in the case of an interior unit). There are no shared floors or ceilings ... the homes are side by side. Townhomes here have been built by Miller & Smith Homes (mostly in Conservancy with a few in Marina Bay), by NV Homes (in Marina Bay only), and by Schell Brothers (also in Marina Bay).
The Conservancy townhomes are the larger townhomes at over 2900 sq. ft., with 3 or 4 bedrooms and 2-car garages. These were built by Miller & Smith Homes, and will have 9- and 10-foot ceilings, crown molding in some areas, double wall ovens, gas cook-tops, ceramic tile in most kitchens, baths and laundry rooms. Multi-level screened porches and patios, hardwood flooring, and granite counter-tops are some of the optional features you'll find in many of these homes. In the Malibu home, a 4th bedroom and 3rd full bath was frequently chosen. And a few Bar Harbor homes added a guest suite over the garage.
These homes are sold out, but may be available on the resale market from time to time. Contact Sandi for information.
In Marina Bay, NV Homes has built townhomes at 1900 sq. ft., with 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and either 1- or 2-car garages. Each has a 1st floor master suite, cathedral ceiling over the living area, and a 2nd floor loft adjoining the guest bedrooms. Some homes have an added sunroom, screened porch and/or patio to expand the interior and outdoor space. These homes are sold out, but resale townhomes may be available from time to time. Contact Sandi for more information.
And also in Marina Bay, Schell Brothers is currently building townhomes in two designs -- the Pinehurst, which is the larger and may be an interior or an end unit, with 2-car garage; and the Tradewind, an interior unit with 1-car garage. Contact Sandi for information on these homes!
